Refund Policy

At NationTitle Media Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Plans

NationTitle offers two paid subscription plans:

  • Premium Monthly – billed at CA$9.99 per month
  • Premium Annual – billed at CA$99.00 per year

All subscription fees are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your NationTitle subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@nationtitle.com or by calling +1-855-747-0044.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • You will retain access to Premium content until your paid period ends.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Monthly subscriptions: A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided you have not consumed more than 5 premium articles during that period.
  • Annual subscriptions: A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided you have not consumed more than 10 premium articles during that period.
  • Renewal charges: If you were charged for a renewal and wish to cancel, please contact us within 5 business days of the renewal charge. We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
  • Technical issues: If a verified technical error on our part prevented you from accessing the service you paid for, we will issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind after the refund eligibility window has passed.
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal charge was processed (beyond the 5-business-day window).
  • You claim not to have used the service, but our records show significant content access.
  • Partial months or unused days remaining in an annual subscription at the time of cancellation (outside the 14-day window).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

We will respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

7. Changes to This Policy

NationTitle Media Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
